During years 2012 - 2013, MariMatic commissioned 14 Taifun® vacuum conveying systems for the biggest new poultry processing plant built in the world. The system efficiently and hygienically collects and divides both inedible and edible materials.
In 2022 and 2025, systems are extended in Almarai. New Taifun® systems are efficiently and hygienically conveying material from different processing areas including DOA, blood collection, cutting, evisceration and deboning areas. Longest vacuum conveying lines are over 500 meters.
Our newest development is to add a weighing feature implemented in Taifun® suction points to measure and collect data: this improves drastically production monitoring and optimization.
"The ongoing Taifun® system’s performance has been excellent in Almarai, Saudi Arabia for 12 years. The world’s biggest poultry plant ran with 14 systems - for both edible and inedible - at the first stage, and has handled around 1M ton of material since the implementation. We were happy delivering 5 more Taifun® systems in their new plant extension in 2022, and again, 7 more systems with 36 new suction points will be delivered in 2025, the number of suction points now exceeding 100.
It is a pleasure to acknowledge that it's the result of a good relationship with the customer. Once this order has been commissioned in June 2025, Almarai is MariMatic’s biggest Taifun vacuum conveying system for poultry plants ever completed!"
